Family Petition Services

Family-based immigration is about more than forms - it is about keeping loved ones together. My Family Petition Services are designed to turn that emotional goal into a clear, organized, and realistic plan.

I begin by listening to your story: who you want to petition for, their current status, where they live, and your own immigration history. From there, I help you understand which options may apply - such as petitions for spouses, children, parents, or certain other relatives - and what kind of timeline and evidence each path usually requires.

Together, we complete the appropriate petition forms and gather strong supporting documents to show real family relationships: marriage and birth certificates, joint financial records, photos, communication history, and more. I use my experience as a former USCIS specialist to help you avoid common issues like missing proof, inconsistent dates, or unclear explanations that can lead to delays or extra questions.

If your loved one is already in the U.S. and eligible to apply for a green card here, I can coordinate your family petition with my Adjustment of Status Assistance so everything - from the initial petition to Form I-485 and supporting forms - fits together correctly. If they will process through a consulate abroad, I help you organize your part of the case so you are ready for the next steps.

Throughout the journey, you have a guide to explain notices, timelines, and what to expect at each stage. My goal is for you to feel informed and supported, not lost in complicated instructions. I treat your family's case with the same care I would give to my own, because I know how much it means to finally be together without fear.
